Returns & Exchanges

All products that leave our facility are carefully inspected and strictly checked for defects and damages prior to shipment to ensure you receive high quality merchandise. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason and need to return or exchange a purchase, please read our return/exchange policies.

General Policy

Items purchased at almasdesigns.com that are new, unused and undamaged may be returned or exchanged within 30 calendar days with original invoice or receipt as proof of purchase and Return Authorization (RA) number.

Gifts may be returned for exchange only.

We do not accept Certificates of Deposit (CODs) or third party billing for returned merchandise.

All returned products are subject to a five dollar re-stocking fee.

All refunds are paid in the same form as the original purchase was made. For example, a purchase made on a credit card must be refunded to the same credit card by which the original purchase was made; for example, the refund cannot be made in cash or credited to a different credit card.

Any damages must be reported to us within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for replacement. All returned damaged pieces will be thoroughly examined and items that do not meet our return qualifications will be sent back at the customer's cost.

Alma's Designs reserves the right to deny any credit or exchange, if, upon receipt, the returned merchandise does not meet our company's return policies. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser's cost.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchange and return policies are subject to change without notice.

Sale Item Policy

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Purchases made with an Alma's Designs retailer

If you purchased your Alma's Designs item from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer for information regarding their return and exchange policies. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through our retailers.

Return & Exchange Instructions

  1. Click here to view, complete and submit a Return Authorization (RA) request form.
  2. Complete the RA request form by filling in your name, the name and description of the item(s) you want to exchange or return, the reason for exchange or return, and the original order number. This can be found on the invoice that was sent with your product. If the item purchased was a gift and you do not have the original order number, please include the full name of the gift-giver.
  3. If your item is eligible for return or exchange, we will email you an RA number. Your RA number MUST be written on the outside of the returned shipment package. Any returned package received without an RA number written on the SHIPPING BOX will be returned to sender at the sender's cost.
  4. Please mail your prepaid return or exchange items and return form to:

Please DO NOT mail your return or exchange item without an RA number.

Items returned without an RA number will NOT be accepted.
